An Egyptian director, He is the son of the director Mohamed Abou Seif and grandson of the late artist Salah Abou Seif. Mustafa graduated from the Higher Cinema Institute, directing department in 2009. His graduation project Good Morning won the Radwan Al-Kashef Prize for the best graduation project.
